Supervision & peer support

Grow your practice. Sustain yourself.

We offer individual clinical supervision, group supervision, and peer consultation for licensed and pre-licensed clinicians in New Hampshire and beyond.

Why supervision matters.

Good supervision isn't just a licensing requirement — it's one of the most important investments you can make in your clinical development and your own wellbeing. The work of therapy is demanding. Having a skilled, honest supervisor in your corner makes a real difference.

At Heyoka, we approach supervision the same way we approach therapy: directly, collaboratively, and without pretense. We're not here to evaluate you — we're here to help you grow.

Individual Clinical Supervision

One-on-one supervision for pre-licensed clinicians (LCSW, LCMHC, or equivalent) working toward licensure. We offer structured, reflective supervision that supports both clinical skill development and professional identity.

Available in-person (NH) or via telehealth. Frequency: weekly or biweekly.

Group Supervision

Small-group supervision (3–6 clinicians) for pre-licensed or early-career professionals. Group format offers peer learning, case consultation, and a sense of community that solo supervision can't replicate.

Groups meet biweekly. Current openings available — inquire for details.

Peer Consultation Groups

Structured peer consultation for licensed clinicians who want a regular space to think through complex cases, prevent burnout, and stay connected to the broader clinical community.

Monthly groups of 4–8 licensed clinicians. Facilitated by a Heyoka senior clinician.

Consultation for Independent Practitioners

Ad hoc or ongoing consultation for licensed clinicians in private practice who want outside perspective on specific cases, ethical dilemmas, or practice management challenges.

Flexible scheduling. Single sessions or ongoing retainer available.

Our supervision philosophy.

Honest feedback over empty validation

We tell you what we actually think. Growth happens at the edge of comfort, not in a room full of affirmations.

The person behind the clinician

We pay attention to how the work is affecting you — not just your cases. Sustainable practice requires sustainable practitioners.

Grounded in evidence, open to complexity

We draw on evidence-based frameworks while holding space for the irreducible complexity of real clinical work.
